Surface Mount PCB

Conformal Coating

We operate using sophisticated PCB assembly systems and can selectively coat these assemblies with a wide range of conformal coating products. Before spraying we also use zero-ion contamination testing to ensure cleanliness throughout the process. Service we offer includes:

·         Robotic and selective spraying system.

·         No Masking required.

·         Fine line definition.

·         Spraying for accurate viscosity of coating.

Advanced SMT Technology - PoP technology

There is a massive increase in demand for creating the designs for products that use PoP Technology. This is dues to the high demand for hand-held computer products, such as mobile communications, PDA, tablet and camera based technology.
